Migration nowadays counts among the five global megatrends. While the integration of migrants is a central challenge for the next decades many organizations and companies start to deal with the issues of integration and diversity (I&D).
The Medien Institut has been doing research and consulting on this subject for many years. Based on this we created DiversityScreen, a tool for monitoring evaluation of I&D. It combines the variety of life in modern society and companies (diversity) with the necessary common ground for living and working together (integration).
By connecting integration with diversity, DiversityScreen allows an extensive 360-degree view on the complex underlying processes. The perspective shifts from deficits to potentials and enables institutions and companies to see more clearly the possibilities for improvement and optimization.
