Making Public Opinion on the Internet measurable

You cannot think of everyday life without the internet. It is becoming more and more important for the exchange of opinions and recommendations: By now the majority of German customers inform themselves on the internet before buying something. World-wide, about 78 percent of customers trust the recommendations of other clients. Therefore, customer ratings and reviews on the web are read and discussed particularly often.

In other words: You find out online what your clients and customers think about your company, your products, and your advertising – firsthand and undisguised.

WebScreen was developed by the Medien Institut in co-operation with media scientist PD Dr. Wolfgang Schweiger (TU Dresden) and is based on a multi- staged approach concept.
